For more than 45 years, we have been developing and producing innovative solenoid valves and valve manifolds with around 200 highly qualified employees according to the requirements of our customers. We produce everything from single items to large series and mass production at our location in Erligheim (near Stuttgart) and also build all production and testing equipment in-house.

For us, quality means aligning our products and services with the needs, requirements and expectations of our customers and striving to increase customer satisfaction.
To achieve these goals, a quality management system according to DIN EN ISO 9001: 2008 was implemented. In this way we achieve a continuous improvement process that ensures and expands the high quality standard of our products.
Product safety
Staiger solenoid valves are used in many hazardous areas and must always comply with the relevant regulations in all applications.
Use in gas applications or in potentially explosive areas places high demands on product safety. Here, special regulations apply. For example, a series of STAIGER solenoid valves are already approved as intrinsically safe valves in accordance with DIN EN 161 Class A and B to be used as safety shut-off valves for gas applications or in potentially explosive atmospheres.
Product labelling
Solenoid valves and valve electronics made by Staiger have been tested in accordance with the applicable DIN and IEC regulations and are, of course, also marked accordingly.
Depending on the design, dimensioning and operating conditions, the products fall under various guidelines of the CE mark. The corresponding manufacturer's declaration can be requested in each case. For gas valves, the CE Product ID number is attached as per Gas Appliance Directive.
