Microvalves for inkjet printers

In industrial inkjet printers, microvalves with very precise openings ensure that the micro-colour dots end up in the desired location. The microvalves must have an extremely high repeat accuracy for a clean print image. Furthermore, microvalves can also ensure that the ink does not dry out directly on the printhead and that the printhead is flushed with appropriate cleaning fluids.
